I would love your insights! Please lend your voice to the Ambition, Re-imagined conversation.

Please help me gather important insights and learnings as we kick-off the Ambition, Re-Imagined project. Full results will be shared soon.

As you may know, this month I’m kicking off a year-long exploration and conversation around ambition.

This is a deep curiosity and interest of mine — particularly post-pandemic, as I hear clients and friends (and my inner monologue) wrestle with the role ambition plays (or doesn’t) in our lives.

In the spirit of understanding the breadth and depth of how we’re all thinking about our ambitions (and to avoid too many assumptions on my part), I’ve put together an Ambition, Re-imagined survey that I’d love for you to take.

The survey is anonymous, though you can submit your email at the end to be featured here on my Leaders in Progress Substack at some point over the year (with your consent first).

I’ll be compiling results and sharing them over the coming weeks here on Substack, so that we can all gain helpful insights and a broader understanding on what ambition really means to each of us.

A few key details:

• You don’t have to be at any stage or life or completing any great works to lend your voice — I’m purposefully looking for a broad section of respondents — even those who don’t resonate with the word ambition

• The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete

• You can remain totally anonymous

• The more responses submitted, the more relevant the survey will be — if you can, please share with others (thank you!)
